This Agreement defines the conditions for the use by Users of the materials and services of the www.itvm-development.com site (hereinafter - the “Site”).
1.General conditions
1.1. The use of materials and services of the Site is governed by the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine.
1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. Gaining access to the Site materials, the User is considered to have acceded to this Agreement.
1.3. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes shall take effect upon the expiration of 3 (Three) days from the date of posting the new version of the Agreement on the site. If the User disagrees with the changes, he is obliged to refuse access to the Site, stop using the materials and services of the Site.
2. User Obligations
2.1. User agrees not to take actions that may be considered as violating Ukrainian law or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and / or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to violation normal operation of the Site and Site Services.
2.2. Using materials from the Site without the consent of the copyright holders is not allowed. For the legitimate use of the Site materials, it is necessary to enter into license agreements (obtaining licenses).
2.3. When quoting Site materials, including protected copyrighted works, a link to the Site is obligatory and possible only after prior approval from the Site Administration.
2.4. Comments and other entries of the User on the Site should not conflict with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and generally accepted standards of morality and ethics.
2.5. The user is warned that the Site Administration is not responsible for his visit and use of external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site.
2.6. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not liable and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or resulting loss or loss related to any content of the Site, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources or other contacts of the User, in which he entered, using information posted on the Site or links to external resources.
2.7. The user accepts that all materials and services of the Site or any part of them may be accompanied by advertising. The user agrees that the Site Administration does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.
3. Other Terms
3.1. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
3.2. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishment between the User and the Site Administration agency relations, partnerships, cooperative relations, personal employment relations, or some other relationship not expressly provided for by the Agreement.
3.3. The recognition by the court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or not enforceable does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.
3.4. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in the event that any of the Users violate the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect their interests and to protect the copyrights of the Site materials protected by law.
The user confirms that he is familiar with all clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
By placing an order, the User agrees to the processing and use of his / her personal data (in particular, to use, add to the database, distribute, transfer to third parties, supplement or otherwise change, delete, and other actions that the Site Administration can carry out with personal data in written (paper), electronic or other form), including but not limited to the following data: name, surname, patronymic, date of birth, passport data, personal image (photo and video), contact details (addr Sa, phone), as well as other information that is implemented by the Site Administration or third parties through this website, as well as to protect consumer rights and for the purpose of the Site Administration to conduct economic activities, statistics, for the purpose of accounting and tax accounting, for communication and contractual relations with state bodies, contractors and other third parties in the course of their business activities, in order to comply with internal rules and procedures in the course of activity C yta, as well as for other purposes that do not contradict the current legislation.
In addition to the above, this User hereby consents to the fact that, if necessary, personal data can be processed and forwarded (transferred) to third parties as part of the realization of the purpose mentioned above. In addition, the User hereby consents to the fact that personal data may be transferred outside the national borders of Ukraine and will be visible in countries that have less strict personal data protection rules than in Ukraine. The User hereby confirms that entering personal data into the database (s), transferring, distributing, modifying and otherwise processing the User’s personal data with the above purpose does not require additional notification of such actions.
